Return Policy.   Diamond is the supplier for backpacks.   They normally ship Fed Ex within 2 to 5 business days and

provide a tracking code.  They need the 1. reason for the return and  2.  For replacement or credit.  Then an RMA will

be submitted for a return authorization number and instructions.  The RMA is submitted by the seller.

Bravo is the supplier for the sleeping bags.  Their policy is essentially the same as above.   No refund or replacement

will be processed without the return authorization number, RMA.
